Retail Brand Operations Associate




Renton, WA




Contract Position




$22.10-$34.47/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company brand by managing on-site retail operations and supporting branded merchandise activations nationwide.


• Execute daily retail activation operations, including merchandising displays, marketing materials, and mobile point-of-sale systems.


• Lead or support the setup, execution, and breakdown of pop-up retail and branded events.


• Maintain brand visual standards, execute marketing rollouts, and suggest ideas to enhance customer experience and event success.


• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and meet customer engagement goals.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, oversee inventory management, and support loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: High school diploma or GED required.


• 
  Experience: Typically 4+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school + 2 years, or Bachelor's degree).


• 
  Travel: Must be available to travel frequently within the U.S. for events and activations.


• 
  Technical Skills: Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) technology; familiarity with mobile POS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.


• 
  Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in fast-paced event environments.


• 
  Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.


• 
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  
  
  • Experience with Counterpoint or similar mobile POS systems.
  
  
  • Background in event leadership or retail operations.
  
  
  • Military or aerospace industry experience is a plus.
