General Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports the strategic marketing and branding efforts of ASU-Beebe by coordinating campaigns, managing project timelines, and enhancing institutional visibility across digital, print, and community-facing platforms. Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement (AVCIA), this position plays a vital role in supporting student recruitment, retention, alumni and donor engagement and public outreach. Working collaboratively with the Institutional Advancement team-including graphic design, public relations, video production, alumni relations, and development-the Marketing Coordinator serves as a central organizer and liaison across campaigns. This role leads the department's marketing calendar, manages content distribution, mentor's student interns, and ensures consistent, timely, and effective messaging. It also plays a key role in community brand expansion, digital innovation, and content creation across platforms.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or campaign management.
