Job Description:

Order Administrator


Client in north Charlotte is looking for an Order Administrator. Direct Hire, Pay 40k - 45k 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.



Responsibilities:

• Review and enter customer purchase orders into SAP


• Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders and maintain accurate EDI tables


• Ensure adherence to customer shipping requirements within company guidelines


• Communicate professionally with customers and sales reps via phone and email


• Provide updates on order status, product availability, and shipping details


• Maintain customer master data and special pricing in SAP


• Handle returns, stock rotations, and resolve issues related to shipments, billing, and complaints


• Prepare and distribute reports, including open order reports and product commit forms


• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals


• Prioritize and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems


• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently


• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality


• Familiarity with EDI processes preferred


• Experience with order entry, pricing, and returns processing is a plus
