Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a South Carolina licensed attorney for a hybrid, contract to permanent position with our client in Charleston, SC. Candidates located in South Carolina who are able to travel to Charleston occasionally are still encouraged to apply. Hours will vary, but candidates may expect to work between 20-40 hours per week. No concurrent work is allowed.


The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant Real Estate experience. Development experience, particularly involving hotels, condos, resorts, golf courses, timeshares, mixed use development, and residential properties in South Carolina is a plus. Essential duties involve drafting real estate development documents, covenants, condominium documents, and easements.
