Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a EPMO Sr. Project Analysts

Job Summary: The Senior Project Analyst leads business process analysis and collaborates with project teams to deliver value and achieve business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments.


Responsibilities:


Define business implications and measurable value.


Translate business needs into detailed requirements.


Develop future state solutions and identify unique value drivers.


Ensure quality standards and compliance with laws.


Convey solution vision and manage prioritization.


Develop RFPs and analyze vendor responses.


Streamline work processes and maximize efficiencies.


Communicate change plans and facilitate user adoption.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science preferred. Advanced degree preferred.


Experience: Minimum eight years in project analysis and management, with five years in requirements and quality analysis. Experience in financial institutions preferred.


Skills: Knowledge of financial products, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, logical reasoning, and familiarity with contract negotiation.
