Description: Our client is currently seeking a SailPoint Consultant

SailPoint Consultant We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), along with a proven track record of delivering SailPoint implementations.


In this role, you will lead the integration of SailPoint with 39 applications, assessing which applications support native integration and which require custom solutions. You will also be responsible for assigning levels of effort to each integration and managing a newly acquired SailPoint Identity Security Cloud environment.


Key Responsibilities





• 
  Project Scoping: Define requirements, address implementation challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project objectives.
  
  


• 
  Implementation Leadership: Oversee the integration of SailPoint with 39 applications, determining native vs. custom integrations to ensure a seamless deployment.
  
  


• 
  Effort Estimation: Assess the complexity of each application integration and assign an appropriate level of effort.
  
  


• 
  Technical Environment Management: Optimize and oversee the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud environment, ensuring performance and scalability.
  
  


• 
  Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with the VP of Engineering and other stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  
  


• 
  Budget Oversight: Manage the $1.2M budget for custom integration efforts, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  
  


• 
  Timeline Management: Keep the project on track for completion by January 31st next year, proactively addressing delays and obstacles.
  
  




Qualifications





• 
  Experience: Demonstrated success in SailPoint implementation and IAM/IGA integration projects.
  
  


• 
  Technical Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint, cloud-based IAM/IGA solutions, and application integrations (native and custom).
  
  


• 
  Analytical Abilities: Ability to accurately assess effort levels and develop strategic project plans.
  
  


• 
  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  


• 
  Problem-Solving Expertise: Ability to proactively identify and address project challenges.
  
  


• 
  Project Management: Hands-on experience with large-scale IAM/IGA implementations, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  
  




Preferred Qualifications





• 
  Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications in SailPoint or IAM/IGA are highly desirable.
  
  


• 
  Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with emerging trends in IAM and cloud-based security solutions.
