Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days a week in office required


Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend


Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled MS Power Apps Developer to join our team on a contingent resource assignment. The ideal candidate will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Your contributions will be crucial in resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


Responsibilities:

• Develop complex Canvas and Model-driven Microsoft Power Apps.


• Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows.


• Engage in SharePoint development in combination with Power Apps/Automate experience.


• Consult on AI solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to full deployment.


• Automate workflows within various project backlogs.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• 1-2 years of experience in creating, configuring, and coding MS Power Apps.


• Exposure to the financial industry, with an understanding of risk overlay in implementation.


• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate product.


• Experience in SharePoint development (only if combined with Power Apps/Automate experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing AI solutions.


• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business challenges.


• Excellent collaboration and consulting skills.
