Location: Albuquerque, NM

Salary: Depends on Experience

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager.


Mon-Fri, no weekends, no on-call!


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy


• Build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families


• Empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one


• Collaborate with your care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• RN license for New Mexico


• 2+ years experience as a RN, hospice experience preferred


• Current driver's license


• Current CPR and BCLS certification
