Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation, one of Zanesville's oldest and most recognized long-term care facilities, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking a PRN LPN to join our team!

Rate of pay is $30.00 per hour for LPNs.
Day shift 7a-7p, Night Shift 7p-7a

PRN Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of one (1) years experience (using applicable license date) in the applicable job classification, and provide proof of Ohio licensure/certifications.Assuming there is an operational need, the minimum requirement at primary facility to maintain a position in the PRN staffing program will be as follows:
*Four (4) shifts per month; One (1) must be a weekend shift
*One (1) summer holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
*One (1) winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
**Shifts are defined as the normal scheduled shift per facility (i.e. 8 hours or 12 hours)
