Sierra7 is hiring a Human Factor Engineer! The Human Factor Engineer supports a team providing customization and deployment of an enterprise-wide solution and ongoing operational support for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Using a SAFe Agile delivery framework, this project provides users with a low code / no code customizable workflow solution. Most users are non-technical, requiring solutions to be intuitive and highly flexible. The Human Factor Engineer is responsible for ensuring all user interfaces are designed and deployed in a manner that maximizes the user experience.
