What You'll Do:

• Be the master of room assignments, coordinating daily arrivals, special requests, and VIP experiences with flawless precision
• Partner with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready, clean, and meet Hilton standards
• Handle guest preferences, group blocks, and last-minute changes like a hospitality pro
• Keep communication flowing between departments - you're the go-to for guestroom logistics
• Make sure every guest's first impression is one of comfort, care, and class

• A passion for hospitality and genuine guest service
• Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with property management systems (bonus if you've worked in hotels before!)
