Job Description:

Salary Range: $59,000 - $94,000 based upon experience with an annual incentive bonus

Work Hours: 4:00 pm - 4:00 am (press) 4-crew {36 hours week 1 and 48 hours per week 2, work only half the days in a year!

Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO 65066

As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will:

• Set direction and tone as a front line leader for employees involved in printing or binding printed product
• Make operational decisions to ensure efficient and quality processing
• Provide instruction, coaching, and development to employees
• Create, implement and audit work processes that continually evolve and improve
• Seek out, suggest and implement automated and other enhancements to processes and workflows
• Source and analyze data to address gaps or maximize opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity
• Ensure equipment maintenance and adequate stocks of required supplies and raw materials

Qualifications:.

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment delivering solutions
• 2+ years of experience directly managing people
• Experience working with data
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes
