Job Description:

Our client, an investment firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Floater. The hours are 9am-5:30pm five days in the office.


Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to various teams and act as a catch all


• Manage Outlooks calendars and use Concur to process expense reports


• Book travel itineraries including cars, hotels, and flights


• Handle mail and phone lines


• Track payments, wires, client contacts and inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Ideally a CT notary license


• 3-4+ years of experience

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $80K base depending on experience plus bonus
