Job Description:

Litigation Paralegal - Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 1 day WFH, After Training)

Location: Downtown Chicago | Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5PM
Salary: $50K-$65K (flexible depending on experience)


Beacon Hill is looking for a Paralegal to join a growing plaintiff personal injury and real estate firm! Ideal candidates have 1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) and strong communication skills. Personality and adaptability are key!



Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client interviews and schedule intakes with attorneys


• Summarize medical records and bills


• Manage deadlines, draft legal correspondence, and maintain case files


• Open insurance claims and communicate with adjusters


• Support pre-suit investigations, including evidence gathering


• Draft and issue demand letters


• Assist with discovery and court filings (motions, pleadings, complaints)

What They're Looking For:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Someone who can handle a high-energy, fast-paced desk with confidence


• An adaptable and personable individual - culture fit is more important than having the exact experience


• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus but not required


• Must be able to commute to the Chicago Loop (hybrid schedule offered after training)
