Works with the Product Communications team, multiple development teams, and various stakeholders to produce and edit technical documentation deliverables, such as:
Online Help
Installation guides
Release documents
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Adhere to company processes and writing standards with minimal oversight
Participate in team meetings
Use developing software products, such as product testing and troubleshooting
Qualifications
B.S. Technical Communications, Professional Writing, English, and other applicable majors
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years professional writing experience
Strong preference for candidates with experience in software or a similar technical field
