POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
PLP Wrap-Up Program
Enroll eligible projects into PLP insurance program, a wrap-up sponsored by Swinerton
Run and send to broker the quarterly enrollment logs for auditing and billing purposes.
GLO Wrap-Up Program
Enroll eligible projects into GLO insurance program, a wrap-up sponsored by Swinerton.
Run and send to broker the quarterly enrollment logs for auditing and billing purposes.
PSI Wrap-Up Program
Enroll eligible projects into PSI insurance program, a wrap-up sponsored by Swinerton
Work with accounting to calculate and request PSI Billings to project teams and operations accountants
Enter and code quarterly PSI invoices in accounting software system for payment
Coordinate final PSI billing value and communicate to accounting team and project team for billing and payment
Maintain and update the log tracking billing information for Swinerton, the broker and the insurers (Shay sheet log).
Bond procurement
Assist project teams with bond procurement as needed, and under direction of the Supervisor and Risk Manager.
Corporate Insurance Renewals
Assist Risk Manager with data collection
Coordinate with Swinerton's insurance broker as requested and assigned
Maintain company confidentiality regarding information regarding project pursuits, insurance pricing
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Engage with and adopt Swinerton's teaming and "One Swinerton" culture
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of construction insurance experience
CRIS certification preferred
Experience in construction and/or construction claims/litigation
Computer-literate; knowledge of standard company software applications and web applications including MS Teams, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Problem-solving skills and initiative
Excellent communication skills
Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, public speaking in a group setting and professional telephone manner
