We are seeking a highly strategic and collaborative leader to join our team as the Senior Manager of Workplace Planning and Optimization. This role will lead a team responsible for aligning our global portfolio's supply with the demands of our business, provide critical real estate data analysis that supports our company's objectives, and work with our businesses to achieve effective workplace occupancy plans. In our fast-growing and dynamic environment, we seek a highly motivated professional to play a key role within the RESS (Real Estate and Site Services) global team. An important part of this role is to establish and maintain effective relationships with our businesses, engage with other RESS teams and work closely with the Finance, IT, and HR departments.
The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Global Real Estate Planning and Workplace Design and oversee the following teams: Occupancy Planning, Space Management and Data Analytics. You will lead a team of professionals to support the creation of various scenarios at headquarters and globally that positively impact NVIDIA's workplace and workforce.

The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
