Job Description:

Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer - Senior.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Translate project and system requirements into well-defined hardware architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams.


• Design and complete instruments, including microprocessors, power, and analog components.


• Innovatively solve issues, drive project completion to schedule, and work collaboratively with other technical contributors.


• Coordinate design efforts with software engineering for proper integration.


• Drive solutions to complex problems with limited direction, contribute to requirements development, propose ways forward, and adapt to changes in requirements.


• Independently perform complex electronic architectures and designs.


• Provide insight and suggest design modifications based on simulation results.


• Supervise other engineers assigned to a particular project.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering


• 5+ years of electrical design experience


• Experience with PLC/HMI is a plus


• Phase power and power bridges experience preferred


• Experience with excitation systems is required
