Description: Our client is currently seeking a CSR / Inside Sales Rep (Bilingual)



100% Remote


6+ month contract to hire


*Seeking Bilingual Candidate to support Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean markets


We are seeking experienced CSR / Inside Sales Representatives with a background in the agriculture industry to join our dynamic team. This role will be part of a matrixed structure within our Sales and Customer Operations organizations.

Responsibilities:





• Conduct outreach to previous customers with with goal to retain and grow business.
  
  


• Reengage previous customers who no longer have active orders.
  
  


• Answer technical questions related to product specifics, leveraging your agriculture background.
  
  


• Understand and manage the customer order process, handing off complex issues as needed.
  
  


• Collaborate with a team of 60+ sales representatives in the USA/Canada and a global sales team.
  
  


• Work with designated clients and prior companies to maintain and grow relationships.
  
  



Qualifications:





• Proven experience within the agriculture industry.
  
  


• Strong understanding of agricultural products and the ability to answer technical questions.
  
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  


• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  
  


• Self-assured and patient, with the ability to work with a tenured business group.
  
  


• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
