The position will entail a focus on administrative duties and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining records related to golf course maintenance, equipment inventory, and scheduling.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to golf maintenance.
Coordinate work schedules for maintenance associates, ensuring efficient coverage.
Input data into relevant systems (e.g., maintenance logs, inventory databases).
Assist with invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments.
Assist in managing golf course equipment, including maintenance tools, mowers, and irrigation systems.
Participate in inspections to identify area needing attention (turf health, irrigation leaks etc.)
Work closely with the Golf Superintendent to execute maintenance plans.
