What You'll Be Doing:
As a Final Assembly Operator you will: 1) Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, products or systems according to company work instructions and customer specifications; 2) Ensures compliance to quality standards on each project or job while maintaining production goals; and 3) Follows company policy and procedure ensuring a safe, respectful workplace.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Follow production drawings and work instructions for assigned company work order.
Assembly and disassembly of circuit card assemblies and chaises.
Connect components lead wires to printed circuit or routes wire between individual component leads and other components, terminals, and contact points.
Assemble and attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
Use basic hand tools.
Replenishes supplies and components within Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains production records, logs, and other report forms.
Identify and inform Operations Team Lead of any product defects or production process issues.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment free of FOD.
Perform other duties assigned.
