A day in the life.



As our Regional Cyber & Technology E&O Director on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide strategic direction for MMA-UMW's Cyber and Errors & Omissions placements and lead delivery of Cyber and Technology E&O resources to the region. You'll participate on the national Cyber Center of Excellence (COE), play a critical role in agency retention efforts and provide technical expertise to employees in the Management Liability practice. Partners with operations and sales leaders to continually enhance client experience.

• Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years insurance experience including strong knowledge of Management Liability lines
  
  


• Strong business acumen and the ability to lead others
  
  


• Detailed with excellent organizational, project planning and management skills

• Prior success in managing change in a fast-paced environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $116,500 to $216,900.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
