Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ML/Conversational AI Engineer (Python/AWS) in Columbus, OH


Work Location: Columbus, OH
Hybrid: Wed, Thurs, and Friday in office

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is for a conversation platform that JPMC is building internally using AWS

- MUST HAVE Expertise in Python/AWS
- MUST HAVE experience in deploying machine learning models into production and debugging
- MUST HAVE conversation platform experience - Team is currently working with AWS LEX/RASA (open to other conversational AI tools)
- MUST HAVE strong software engineering skills (Very strong coding, scaleable code)
- Experience with MLOPS, Bitbucket/Github

Must Have:

- 5 years of experience
- Python
- AWS
- Experience working with NLP models and conversational AI platforms (RASA, LEX)
- Experience deploying and debugging machine learning models in production
- Experience with MLOPS, bitbucket/github

Efforts will be focused on development of conversational dialog and establishing flows to improve existing as well as enable new self-service capabilities in the IVR, implementing a common model for servicing with cross-lob intent understanding and scaling to retail and other lobs (ex. card).

Pay Range: $60.00/hr - $63.00/hr
