Key Responsibilities:
Review, identify, and implement customer incentives for our contract customers
Apply PPI processes to determine areas for improvement in customer incentives automation
Prepare and provide accurate, timely analyses to communicate business results, variances, and performance trends, making recommendations to drive profitability
Collaborate with business partners to identify and mitigate issues that impede the achievement of business goals
Work with internal departments to implement pricing and financial terms for new customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms
Assist with other contract activities such as annual price roll and pricing compliance
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant fields with equivalent experience considered
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Demonstrated robust financial acumen in areas including financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, internal control, and technical accounting knowledge

Strong attention to detail with commitment to providing quality results
Proven ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, incorporate information, draw conclusions from data, and benchmark results against appropriate baselines
Ability to analyze and communicate variances to management while identifying and implementing operational improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey analysis and presentations clearly to management
History of participating in cross-functional teams and building strong interpersonal relationships with peers and partners
Ability to balance multiple assignments, exercise good judgment, and prioritize projects and time efficiently
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, seeking opportunities to stretch capabilities
Excellent skills with MS Excel and COGNOS; preferred skills with Power BI, Salesforce, Database (SQL)
