The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet Group O's business needs. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify system requirements, performing detailed systems analysis, and identifying and designing continuous improvement projects to deliver new, enhanced functionality to accomplish Group O goals.
The ideal candidate for the Systems Analyst position is a highly analytical and meticulous professional with a strong background in system analysis, design, and implementation. They possess excellent critical thinking skills and are adept at translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly terms. Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain IT systems and services with complex technical specifications.
Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts current business operations and encompasses the future company vision.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Design and propose solutions that meet business objectives and enhance system performance.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems meet specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to end-users.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with developers, network administrators, and other IT professionals to implement and deploy solutions.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve IT infrastructure and processes.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of related experience
Exposure to enterprise level applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Solochain, Kronos, SharePoint, SQL)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of system analysis, design, and implementation
Excellent critical thinking skills and mindfulness
Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of technology for assigned area of responsibility
