Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains accounts receivable; ensures customers are billed correctly for services offered.


• Manages vendor relationships and provides outstanding customer service.


• Establishes and develops relationships with vendor contacts.


• Builds trust and credibility with vendor contacts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 10+ years' billing experience


• Vendor relationship management experience


• Strong analytical skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work and interact effectively with diverse team members and vendors.


• Reasoning and problem-solving ability.


• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.


• Vista Viewpoint experience helpful.
