Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Internal Medicine and Urology clinic onsite Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
Dedicated to administrative support, Clinic/Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. Responsibilities include check in, check out, patient scheduling, collecting balance due and co-payments, completing tasks in Epic in basket and work queues and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments.
