Job Summary

Perform inspections and set basic quality standards for multiple laboratories, evaluate testing and recommend improvements. Assist in audits of ongoing processes to assure continued compliance. Identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist Quality staff with inspections and review of laboratory processes.


  • Review methods and procedures for process improvement, testing and inspection.


  • Perform inspections of multiple laboratories and analyses.


  • Analyze reports to determine trends and recommend corrective actions. Use concepts of probability and statistical quality control to guide decisions.


  • Assist with audits both internal and external.


  • Participate in Risk Analysis and CAPA processes.


  • Ensure compliance with applicable domestic and international regulatory requirements associated with testing.


  • Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards (e.g. USP, ISO17025).


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.


  • At least 2 year of experience in Quality.


  • Experience in working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles and reaching a positive and successful solution through mathematical or systematic operations.


  • Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.


  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.


  • Experience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
