Our client is at the forefront of the Richmond commercial construction market. The projects this company complete range from healthcare, light industrial, education, office multifamily works up to the values of $150M. This company are in expansion mode and looking to hire a Project Manager.


Your new role:


The successful candidate will be in the role of Project Manager, having responsibility for the successful delivery of multi-million projects in the Richmond/Southern Virginia area. You will have the responsibility of overseeing a team of 2 from the project management team as well as the field personnel. Working on a either a larger project or portfolio of smaller projects, your focus will be successfully and safely delivering the works, ensuring all obligations are met.


What you'll need to succeed:

• 5+ years' experience within the construction industry, working on projects in the of $20M - $80M new build construction projects, preferably within Virginia area.


• Bachelor's degree in a Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Business related discipline.


• Be local to the Richmond, Virginia are.


• Experience in using construction software including Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Suites.
