Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the North America Channels & Partner Ecosystem sales organization focused on the full spectrum of HPE's product and services portfolio

  • Develop and Execute Channel Strategy by aligning to common visions, goals and KPIs, leading team to high performance, and inspiring innovation to forecast and attain execution and results

  • Design, build and scale the relationship and accelerate new business acquisition through GTM activities with your partners, including new ways to position HPE products and solutions to drive new, upsell, and expand.

  • Work across multiple routes to market, such as, Distributors, Value-Added Resellers, System Integrators, MSPs, and OEMs

  • Own and achieve Channel revenue targets and forecasts by driving partner performance, ensuring pipeline development, enabling partner capabilities, and incentivizing partners

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals and shared success

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing channel partners as bring sales culture to the team and grow our ecosystem and drive partner success

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and sales teams to align go-to-market initiatives and co-sell, including promoting partners' capabilities to our field teams.

  • Drive innovation and share-of-wallet in priority areas (Cloud, AI, HPE IP).

  • Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed in selling and implementing HPE solutions

  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape

Education and Experience Required:


  • 10-15 years of channel and/or sales or business development leadership experience within the technology industry

  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems

  • Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.

  • Travel across North America; willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend events.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage high-performing teams to achieve results.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop, adapt and execute channel sales strategies while managing tactical priorities effectively.

  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes, with experience managing and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of AI and cloud-based technologies. Experience with HPE products, solutions, and/or services a plus

  • Change Management - Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization, including bringing a sales culture to the organization

  • Collaborates effectively with the company's BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness, and alignment with business imperatives.

  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring market trends and competitor activities

  • Sets and manages the business investments and resource allocations essential to ensuring financial growth. Optimized operation to improve balance sheet position.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $359,000.00 - $719,000.00
