There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.JOB SUMMARY:The IDD Support Tech is an administrative position that supports the IDD Operations but is on-call and is back up support for the group home. The IDD Support Tech works with individuals with a diagnosis of Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD). The CSW provides services based upon the individual's needs, abilities, and health conditions.Are you ready to make a Difference?DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scanning and uploading documents, filing


• Answering phones and making calls


• Assisting DDP's, case managers and nurses


• Attending home provider meetings


• Monitoring and running reports.


• On-Call rotation: If there is a call out at the group home, this staff will be the fill in for the shift that is needed.


• Transport individuals on outings, to doctor appointments and other activities in the community.


• Medication Administration and documenting appropriately.


• Attendance is required for all staff meetings.


• Work as a team player


• Complete Non-Serious Incident Reports.


• Report any medical issues of individuals to supervisor.


• Work holidays if scheduled.


• Other duties as assigned.
