Location: Pomona, CA - hybrid


Job Description:


We are seeking a Delivery Manager with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Agile methodologies to lead transformation projects for large enterprises. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating with external vendors, and overseeing Agile release planning and delivery.


Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.


• Coordinate with System Integrators, third-party providers, and banks.


• Develop and execute detailed project plans.


• Manage Agile release planning and synchronization.


• Facilitate change management and guide organizations through transformations.


• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).


• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve implementation issues.


• Communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.


• Ensure client satisfaction and understand business requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.


• Proven project management and Agile planning skills.


• Expertise in change management and stakeholder communication.


• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAC.


• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.


• Reside in Southern California with on-site flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hyper-agile environments.


• Strong coordination and project management skills.
