CAM Operator (Full-Time) at STULLER INC in Lafayette, Louisiana

Job Description:

The position of CAM Operator is responsible for turning CAD files into physical products using 3D printers and CNC Mills under the leadership of the CAM Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manipulate CAD files for manufacturability using 3D modelling softwareFacilitate the production of CAD models utilizing various 3D printing software & 3D printersCreate tool path to mill wax using CNC millsProcess 3D printed parts by cleaning, curing, and matching prints to jobsUtilize computer system to be able to track individual jobs and maintain organized recordsCommunicate with manufacturing teams on improvements and opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentSkilled in navigating 3D software environments, similar to experience in gaming or interactive 3D applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in manufacturingEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in CAD Software Experience in 3D printing technology & softwareCNC Milling experiencePrevious experience in jewelry industry
