Cyber Operations Research Analyst – KM/Senior Program Analyst 

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a program and knowledge management analyst to support the Headquarters, Department of the Army Operations Division (DAMO-OD) Mission Assurance mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capturing, organizing, and leveraging related data from various sources to enhance Army Senior Leader decision-making, as well as experience with the Mission Assurance process.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support DAMO-ODP in planning, organizing, and managing people, processes, and systems to optimize knowledge-related assets.
• Serve as a key resource for capturing, developing, sharing, and leveraging critical stakeholder data, information, and knowledge to achieve mission objectives.
• Ensure all relevant operational data is properly recorded within approved systems of record.
• Leverage knowledge management principles to align mission assurance initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Collaborate across communities of interest to ensure seamless integration of KM practices within daily operations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in support of high-visibility military programs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Active TS/SCI Security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) experience.
• Minimum of  3 years of experience working with military documentation processes and Mission Assurance systems such as:
  1. Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS)
  2. Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS)

 

• Excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting knowledge management initiatives at the HQDA level.
• Familiarity with Joint Staff and Army enterprise knowledge sharing systems.
