Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Report Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or from an Optum location, contributing to innovative reporting solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reporting solutions using PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau to enhance data visualization and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports for end users.
• Utilize ETL processes and Snowflake to ensure data integrity and efficiency in reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to meet reporting objectives.
• Work independently and proactively to identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and tools.

Skills

• Proficiency in PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Strong technical skills in ETL processes and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and data visualization best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Rally.
