Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Consumer Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who is ready to make an impact in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential prospects to expand our programs and fleet sales, including lead generation and sales closure.
• Set expectations for program sales and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding and account management team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Actively participate in and lead sales team continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams and leadership to report on and manage daily operations.
• Deliver against sales/conversion targets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills

• 3-5+ years of field sales experience with a proven track record in retail or dealership sales.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales administration, distribution, and customer service.
• Proficiency in all MS Office software suites.
• Strong analytical and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic approach.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in program and product sales is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in computer/software systems and adaptability to management systems.
