Position Overview – Class B CDL Driver

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused driver who communicates well, adapts quickly, and takes pride in their work. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment—this could be your next great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up clean linen carts from the Load Building area and transport them to the loading dock




• Load and secure carts onto your delivery truck




• Deliver clean linen to hospital clients; return soiled linen to the plant




• Ensure compliance with all D.O.T. and OSHA safety standards, including bloodborne pathogen protocols




• Coordinate daily tasks with Transportation Managers, Plant Managers, and Team Leads




• Respond to scheduling changes and unexpected events with professionalism




• Perform daily vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and post-route cleaning/disinfection




• Other duties as needed to support plant and delivery operations

Requirements:

• Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record




• High school diploma or GED




• 2–3 years of driving experience in a service, production, or delivery environment preferred




• Strong communication and customer service skills




• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  
  

  • Push/pull linen carts weighing 300–400 lbs up to 60 yards
