Thursday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Friday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Total Weekly Hours: 27–30 hours

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Position: Class A CDL Driver
Location: Atlanta Healthcare Laundry Facility

We are seeking a dependable and professional Class A CDL Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are confident decision-makers, and have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport finished linen carts from the Load Building area to the back dock.




• Load and secure carts onto designated delivery trucks.




• Deliver clean linen to healthcare clients and return soiled linen to the facility.




• Comply with all D.O.T. and OSHA safety regulations, including those pertaining to bloodborne pathogens.




• Collaborate daily with Transportation Managers, Plant Managers, and Team Leaders to coordinate delivery activities.




• Adapt quickly to scheduling changes and unexpected events.




• Maintain assigned vehicle, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure cleanliness—especially after transporting soiled linen.




• Work rotating shifts as needed.




• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.




• High school diploma or GED required.




• Previous experience as a driver in a service, manufacturing, or production environment (2–3 years preferred).




• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.




• Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.




• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment.

  • Lift up to 50 pounds during truck loading/unloading.
