Job Summary:

We are a group of high-energy individuals looking for the right Medicare Marketing Coordinator that will contribute to our culture of innovation and collaboration. 

This individual will assist with planning, coordinating and providing input on member-facing communications as a key player of the Medicare Marketing team. 

Responsibilities includes:


  • Contribute to a collaborative atmosphere and serve as the point person and coordinator for a cross-functional team to ensure timely, accurate, clear, concise and cohesive member communications.

  • Execute member marketing strategies as assigned

  • Assist in the writing, review, and editing of print and digital content

  • Responsible for ongoing member communications and work closely with the CHIP, Community Development, Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy teams to identify opportunities to effectively communicate benefits and services to our members.

  • Assist the Public Relations team and contributes to the development and review of press releases.  

  • Support member experience initiatives to ensure that all communications have a consistent tone and nomenclature where applicable and align with our marketing and brand standards.

  • Coordinate and support our Member Retention team in developing a measurable and effective data-driven retention strategy.

  • Track campaigns, measure service levels, and identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. Supply updates and recommendations to management.

  • Maintain project schedule for projects and ensure timely completion.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent work experience

·         0-3 years’ related experience.  Experience with communication programs (member/customers) and Medicare-centric experience preferred.

·         Must be adept in analyzing data to make recommendations and drive business decisions.

·         Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel required, experience using Adobe, WorkFront, and email marketing tools a plus.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Impeccable attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.

·         Must be productive, proactive and able to work independently.

·         Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

·         Must also be able to work well in a team-based setting.

·         Knowledge of CMS marketing guidelines preferred.

·         B2C copywriting skills preferred.
