SET THE COURSE

Examines eCommerce orders for fraudulent activity and takes appropriate actions to protect against financial losses due to fraud. Ensures eCommerce fraud rules are effective to limit the company's exposure. Assists with identifying, researching and investigating internal and external fraud within all divisions of the company. Protects company assets by implementing loss prevention strategies, policies and procedures as directed by management. Assist in providing support for both internal and external investigations. Knowledge of physical security measures, including alarms, locks and cameras.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Responsible for reviewing customer on-line transactions for fraud using internal resources and applications, including online systems.

• Identifies potentially fraudulent activity and takes appropriate action including contacting customers and/or banking institutions to verify legitimate transactions and credit card information.

• Works closely with Guest Services and Distribution Center teams.

• Maintains fraudulent activity files/records/databases, reconciles and summarizes fraud losses and produces routine reports.

• Reports on and identifies action items to reduce credit card fraud, check fraud, counterfeit currency and credit card chargeback losses.

• Researches and identifies potential theft and fraudulent activities in retail and restaurants.


• Utilizes loss prevention exception reporting software, CCTV, point of sale systems, and various reports to identify and prevent losses.


• Review the Loss Prevention Incident Reports and add additional details related to each incident.


• Assist the Senior Loss Prevention Investigator with both internal and external investigations.


• Assist construction and IT partners with new physical security and CCTV projects.


• Assist HR, retail, and legal partners in retrieving and archiving CCTV video for investigation purposes.


• Assist the Senior Loss Prevention Investigator and Retail Inventory Specialist with Physical Inventory and Target Shrink Programs.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• College degree in Criminal Justice preferred or business equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.


• Preference of 2 years' experience in retail loss prevention, fraud investigations or Ecommerce fraud.


• Proven track record of outstanding organization and ability to manage multiple projects at once.


• Strong communication skills and ability to provide training to other Tommy Bahama employees.


• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills. Expert at excel, outlook and Microsoft Office programs.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $23.27 to $32.00/hour
