Job Summary:
To maintain and generate wholesale transport sales through annual sales agreements, pre-buy or financial contracts, and spot sales. This job is commission pay eligible.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining and growing business within a geographic region of 12-15 states with an EBITDA of approximately $600,000.
• Generate profitable sales at strategic supply locations by negotiating sales agreements with resellers and end-users
• Assist Wholesale Supply Manager in the development and implementation of the annual Wholesale supply and transportation plan
• Manage wholesale working capital inventories to meet corporate cash flow objectives
• Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with approximately 100 customer accounts
• Develop and implement customer supply programs
• Monitor annual supply & customer pre-buy contract performance
• Achieve company credit currency targets
• Operate within regional budget expenses by managing expense control
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Practice and reinforce superior customer service skills
• Prepare and present proposals to customers and prospects
• Solicit new accounts
• Establish and maintain communication within the regional retail operations, national accounts, Houston supply and logistics departments
• Other duties assigned by the Director of Wholesale

• Time management skills and able to multi task to meet deadlines
• Ability to effectively relate to all different types of customers at various levels
• Strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, common technical journals, financial reports, market information and legal documents
• Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and or external business groups
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACT!, and TOOLS
Education and Experience Required:
• Associates degree
• Three to five years industry related experience
Working conditions:
• Travel requirements 25%

The pay for this position ranges from $84,100.00 to 117,600.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
