Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads and executes the development of digital marketing strategies to drive accelerated profitable sustainable growth through approved digital marketing projects on various platforms including but not limited to search engines (Google, Etc.), websites, e-Commernce sites, digital coupons and e-mail marketing.
  • Manages, monitors and improves day-to-day campaign execution measured on volume, quality, revenue, margin, or other key performance indicators.
  • Performs research to provide actionable plans for increasing a positive brand identity for digital and online presence and support product sales.
  • Works with the Team to develop digital marketing communication copy, content, and e-commerce presence across multiple channels and ensures consistency in messaging.
  • Creates strategy and schedules content/copy for all digital marketing across all platforms and brands supporting new item launches, packaging refreshes, contests and community initiatives.
  • Provides reporting on each campaign and adhere to budgets.
  • Monitors industry trends for alignment and updates to internal planning as needed.
  • Assist in developing brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling strategies.
  • Manage and create content, including copywriting and for various brand assets.
  • Proofs assets for accuracy and consistency across brand platforms.
  • Coordinates with Associate Marketing Manager on social media to align digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborates with designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Work with web designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Monitors search algorithms to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape.
  • Proactively communicates digital marketing programs and materials in development with the Team.
  • Develops and integrates content marketing strategies.
  • Drives targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building.
  • Utilizes user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into active users.
  • Monitors search terms, rankings, and analytics for performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Use advanced metrics and analytics to measure the success of digital campaigns.
  • Lead projects and perform project management duties as assigned.
  • Build processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization.
  • Completes administrative tasks as necessary, such as invoice coding, filing, customer service communication etc.
  • May work outside of business hours, to include occasional weekends and evenings and travel to events/meetings.
  • Performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Preferred Education/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field.
  • Proven success in digital product marketing, engagement and sales as a result of trafficking digital ads.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to identify long-term trends in data.
  • Experience working with design and content teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives.

      • Strong timeline, problem solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
      • Takes accountability for quality control and attention to detail.
      • Strong process improvement skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and then translating them into effective marketing initiatives
      • Effective collaboration and communication with Marketing Team and key stakeholders throughout the company.
      • Detail oriented, organized, excellent communication skills both orally and written.
      • Ability to accomplish goals and tasks independently and work well in a Team environment.
      • Strong business acumen.
      • Independent judgment is often required, must be able to work independently to accomplish multiple tasks.
      • Solid proficiency and use of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Excel) and Canva.
      • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
      • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress, and Shopify preferred.
