Responsibilities:
Perform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, packaging, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to manufacturing areas.
Support inventory control by conducting cycle counts and verifying parts against documentation.
Package and prepare materials for delivery to assigned program or production areas.
Distribute received materials from stores to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in material storage and staging areas.
Follow established procedures for handling and tracking materials.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, if certified.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to obtain applicable material handling certifications (e.g., forklift).
Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Familiarity with enterprise software tools (such as ERP systems) preferred.
Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse management practices.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
