We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage healthcare construction projects throughout the state of Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction, preferably with experience on AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) projects.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.


• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.


• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.


• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures, especially those specific to healthcare environments.


• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.


• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and healthcare facility administrators.


• Ensure all projects meet AHCA standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction projects.


• Experience with AHCA projects is preferred.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials specific to healthcare facilities.


• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.


• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
