This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Coordinator located in Boston, MA. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of workforce-related compliance documents for all projects. This role will require direct communication between multiple divisions to complete all required initiatives including overseeing certified payroll reports, workforce compliance reporting, and other administrative duties to ensure regulatory adherence. The coordinator will also manage additional reporting obligations such as Building Futures and Market Recovery reporting.



Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for certified payroll compliance across all divisions.
  • Collect, review, and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPR), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reports, and Construction Safety Incentive Program (CSIP) data.
  • Maintain and update compliance tracking systems for all public projects.
  • Ensure that all payroll and workforce reporting requirements are met per project contract specifications.
  • Process and submit project-specific reporting for state and city agencies, including Rhode Island, Boston BRJP, and others as required.
  • Manage and organize workforce data in various reporting systems, including Salesforce and construction risk portals.
  • Set up and maintain worker profiles for payroll compliance tracking, including verification of residency and minority status where applicable.
  • Assist project teams with compliance-related documentation and coordinate responses to agency audits or information requests.
  • Facilitate Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Partnerships
  • Oversee submission of additional reports, including Building Futures and Market Recovery, as assigned.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline reporting processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding and training project teams on compliance reporting requirements.

Other related administrative tasks as assigned.



Qualifications



  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a compliance, administrative, or specialist role within a construction or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Salesforce and certified payroll reporting systems
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
