Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Supply and Logistics Lead to oversee IRAS equipment logistics, inventory, maintenance tracking, and sustainment support at Camp Lejeune's Stone Bay Facility. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate management of equipment, from storage to field use and repair cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage IRAS systems throughout storage, field use, and repair cycles.
Coordinate logistics efforts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), logistics teams, and government counterparts to ensure equipment readiness.
Ensure that equipment is properly shipped, stored, and accounted for in accordance with established standards.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits, compliance checks, and equipment status reports.
Oversee the flow of equipment, ensuring the proper support and sustainment processes are followed to meet mission requirements.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in logistics management systems and reporting tools.
Familiarity with maintenance standards (O-Level).
Secret Clearance, TS Eligible and technical certifications as outlined for other SMEs
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Professional appearance (mandatory for HQ Augmentation roles).
Eligibility for NATO SECRET clearance (required for certain roles).
Ability to brief senior leaders and staff effectively.
E-Verify clearance of applicants.
Mandatory Government training compliance tracking post-award.
Security Training: DoD IA awareness, MARSOC/USSOCOM security training
Appearance: Professional attire for HQ staff; operational gear for TALSAM field SMEs.
SETA Designation: All TALSAM SMEs designated as Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance personnel.
