Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our first shift operations in durable goods manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a safe and productive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.


• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.


• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.


• Maintain accurate production records and reports.


• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.


• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within durable goods manufacturing.


• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.


• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
