Your new role



As a Lead Superintendent, you will oversee projects within one of the core areas, including multifamily, sports venues, retail, mixed-use, and commercial office. You will manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. They do not hire for specific projects or divisions, but rather values and diverse experience.



What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years experience in construction management


• Multifamily or commercial office project experience preferred


• OSHA30 and First Aid / CPR


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment


• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
