Project Manager (Retail / Commercial TI) at HAYS in Los Angeles, California

Job Description:

Operating for ten years, this General Contractor has quickly established itself as a major player in retail construction with clients ranging from Chipotle and Taco Bell through to high-end retail (Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble) and Big Box retail (Walmart and Home Dept). They also have major interests in delivering projects in the Commercial TI field, Medical (Veterinary Clinics, MRI Rooms and Urgent Care). Projects are across the US typically ranging from $5m to $15m.


They are experiencing a steady period of growth and are looking to speak to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to keep up with demand. You will lead the successful execution of construction projects, facilitate planning and coordination of construction activities, and ensure that all project objectives are achieved.


To be considered for this role, you must have experience managing projects with high-intensity and short-term duration of 16-20 weeks.
