Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: One of our clients is currently seeking a first shift Production Supervisor for their facility in the Twin Cities. They are leading manufacturer specializing in food manufacturing. With a commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence, we are dedicated to delivering world-class products to our customers.
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with expertise in spray drying processes to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our production lines and maintaining our high-quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production operations, specifically focused on spray drying processes.
  
  


• Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, promoting safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
  
  


• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards.
  
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to spray drying equipment and processes.
  
  


• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
  


• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives.
  
  


• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in [related field, e.g., Food Science, Chemical Engineering, etc.] or equivalent experience.
  
  


• Proven experience in a production supervisory role, with a focus on spray drying technology.
  
  


• Strong understanding of spray drying principles and equipment.
  
  


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
  


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  
  


• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
